My hobbies are many, but they all share a common core. They involve making & creating.

Elmly, my training and development business, lets me use my teaching experience to create responsive and relevant training solutions for any company (no matter how big or how small) in any industry. Threadbare Soldier, my handcrafted business, lets me use my crafting gene to sew and crochet things that others can enjoy. Finally, my CrossFit training credentials help me work directly with people to figure out how they can optimize the way they move through the world. It often involves making adjustments to a workout, distilling complicated things into simple explanations, or talking through their roadblocks and struggles in persisting with them.
